Our mission is to improve the Web3 space by pioneering on-chain reputation. Soulbound Labs aims to develop a public persona and reputation for any Ethereum addresses. We believe that awarding users with verifiable, and non-transferable, reputation badges for on-chain events will improve clarity within Web3, facilitate more egalitarian governance, and help to humanize the blockchain.
We are a remote first team that originated in Santa Cruz, CA. Three of our core members are still located there, but we have since expanded to include members from all over the world.
We are intentional about maintaining a healthy, relaxed, and supportive work environment while remaining strongly committed to productivity and accountability.
Discord is our platform of choice for communication. We use Notion and Miro to detail and work collaboratively on projects.
In regards to community engagement, we see events like ETHDenver as a great way to engage and stay up to date with the broader Web3 community. We make an effort to show up to as many of these events as possible (within reason), and always encourage, but never require, teammates to join in.
